Katanya rasanya gurih, asem, dan segar. Kalau dia sih paling seneng sama kuah bumbunya, slurrp..bener-bener bikin ketagihan.&lt;br /&gt;Ini jadi resep Pesmol andalan saya yang dicontek dari majalah Femina. Resep aslinya menggunakan ikan mas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Pesmol Ikan &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Bahan:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6 ekor (@ 200 gr) ikan mas, siangi (&lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;saya pake ikan kembung&lt;/span&gt;)&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm air jeruk nipis&lt;br /&gt;Minyak untuk menggoreng&lt;br /&gt;5 cm jahe, memarkan&lt;br /&gt;5 batang serai, ambil bagian putihnya, memarkan&lt;br /&gt;6 lembar daun jeruk purut&lt;br /&gt;500 ml air&lt;br /&gt;20 buah cabai rawit merah utuh&lt;br /&gt;3 buah cabai merah, iris serong&lt;br /&gt;15 butir bawang merah kecil utuh, kupas (&lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;sy nggak pake&lt;/span&gt;)&lt;br /&gt;2 batang bawang daun, potong melintang 3 cm (&lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;sy juga nggak pake&lt;/span&gt;)&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm cuka&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Bumbu, haluskan:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6 butir kemiri, goreng&lt;br /&gt;20 butir bawang merah&lt;br /&gt;7 siung bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;4 cm jahe&lt;br /&gt;3 cm kunyit bakar&lt;br /&gt;½ sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Cara Membuat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;• Lumuri ikan dengan garam dan air jeruk nipis. Diamkan selama 30 menit. Tiriskan.&lt;br /&gt;• Goreng dalam minyak banyak dan panas hingga matang.&lt;br /&gt;• Tumis bumbu halus, jahe, serai, dan daun jeruk hingga harum dan matang. Masukkan ikan, tuangi air, didihkan.&lt;br /&gt;• Masukkan cabai rawit cabai merah, bawang merah, dan daun bawang. Tambahkan cuka. Masak hingga kuah kental. Angkat.
